Agreement- The client understands that it is their choice to participate in a portrait session with Crystal Roberts' Photography (CRP). If you have not viewed any of CRP's work, please do so by visiting www.crystalrobertsphotography.com. All images created by CRP share the same common style that CRP defines as her own unique style. If you do not like CRP's style, you will not like the images you receive.

Cooperation- The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result. Children under the age of 5 may struggle during newborn sessions and this is ok. Please hold any and all discipline until after the conclusion of the session. Thank you so much for this agreement.

Calling of Session - In the unlikely event that your baby seems distressed more than what is deemed normal for an infant (excessive crying in pain, signs of stomic pains) the health and mental well-being of your infant may be called into question and the request for a reschedule may be made. Please know this is rare and only if it is deemed necessary to keep your baby the safest will a call be made. Baby's often dislike outfit changes, diaper changes, reposition and may fuss, this is not considered extreme. If you have questions regarding this, please ask.

Product/Digital Image Release Timeline- CRP's current turnaround timeline is 2-3 weeks. Althought CRP's goal is to get you your images sooner than 2 weeks, there are times that it may take the full 3 weeks. To get a status update on your images/products, feel free to text Crystal at 409.293.0638.

Copyright- All photos are copyrighted. But, they are yours and all I ask is that you don't start a business using my images as if you took them. Anything other than that, I have no issues with. I do not care about instagram filters, cropping, making your image into any kind of art. You are even free to use it for a cutest kid compeition, just site me as the photographer.

Print Release- Print Release is the release to reprint any and all digital images received by CRP to reproduce for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You will have this release with any and all digital images purchased from CRP. You have permission to reprint them at any local chain. Please be aware that color and quality may vary when a professional lab is not being used. CRP is not held liable for any negative feelings that may come from bad quality prints. CRP always recommends the use of a professional lab over a retail chain.

Editing Disclaimer- Only minor editing such as blemish removal, color enhancing, and exposure adjustments will be made and these edits are included in the cost of the photos. Anything natural (freckles, moles, stretch marks or even scars) will not be removed, unless specified by the client.

Creative License- Images are edited and produced (i.e. set up) at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.

Force Majeure- If the Photographer or its assigns cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike or other civil disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to, road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism or other causes beyond the control of the parties, then the Photographer shall return any moneys paid by the Client, including the deposit, but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged, lost through camera malfunction, compact flash card malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without the fault on the part of the Photographer. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.

Liability Waiver- If you fall and cause damage to yourself in regards to your own actions, CRP will not be held liable in anyway. Please note that CRP's studio is small and things are often on the floor, it is the client's responsibility to pay attention to their surroundings as they move about. You must also be 18 year of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver. If you are a minor with a child, please have someone of legal age with you at the session and reading this information for you, so that you may understand your rights as a minor.
