For outdoor sessions, CRP often uses open fields where holes, tall grass or mud may be present. It is the responsibility of clients to watch their children and watch where they are walking. CRP is not liable for dirty clothes or kids that run off and possibly fall. It is the responsibility of the parents to manage their children. Often CRP will have a trail of where to walk.

Wardrobe warning. Crystal often shoots in open fields and uses methods of play throughout her session. Please wear comfortable shoes that work well for play.

The checking of this box states that the client understands that it is their choice to participate in a portrait session with Crystal Roberts' Photography (CRP) and the client will not hold CRP responsible for any negative actions or feelings that may commence due to the images of this shoot. If you have not viewed any of CRP's work, please do so by visiting www.crystalrobertsphotography.com. All images created by CRP share the same common style that CRP defines as her own unique style.

The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result. The Photographer is not responsible for lost photo opportunities due to other cameras or flashes (no flash photography other than Crystal), the lateness of the clients or other principles. The Photographer is not responsible for the lack of coverage due to weather conditions, scheduling complications due to lateness of individuals, or lack of cooperation of certain individuals, including children.

CRP's current turnaround timeline is 2-3 weeks. Althought CRP's goal is to get you your images sooner than 2 weeks, there are times that it may take the full 3 weeks. To get a status update on your images/products, feel free to text Crystal at 409.293.0638.

Clients will be given a written release upon request to make personal copies of images from online gallery. The client understands the images in the online gallery cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet must be acknowledged as images by the Photographer.

Print Release is the release to reprint any and all digital images received by CRP to reproduce for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You will have this release with any and all digital images purchased from CRP. You have permission to reprint them at any local chain. Please be aware that color and quality may vary when a professional lab is not being used. CRP is not held liable for any negative feelings that may come from bad quality prints. CRP always recommends the use of a professional lab over retail.

Minor editing such as blemish removal, color enhancing, and exposure adjustments will be made and these edits are included in the cost of the photos. Sometimes CRP will use AI to add flowers or other foliage in outdoor fields. Anything natural (freckles, moles, stretch marks or even scars) will not be removed, unless specified by the client.

Images are edited and produced (i.e. set up) at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.

If Crystal can not fullfill her agreed upon duty due to a sickness, other civil disturbances, acts of God, including but not limited to, road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism or other causes beyond the control of the parties, then I shall return any moneys paid by the Client, including the deposit, but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to enter into this agreement.
